Wheel does not spin easy, even when I pull it along when my cat tries to run. When I make it spin, it makes a clunking noise every time it hits a seam. I tried to return it. First it will not break apart to fit back in box. Then I am supposed to pay more than I paid for wheel to send it back. $115. To send back. Then there is an invalid address on the return label. Do not waste your time or money on this wheel. It does not work and your cat will be heavy enough to make it spin

UPDATE 2/13: the seller is wonderful and was able to send me a completely new cat wheel and cover the cost of shipping. I am waiting the new wheel now. Very pleased with the customer service.I was so excited to get this large exercise wheel for my cat who needs to lose weight. This one is very large and great for bigger cats unlike most that are around 30 inches. However when I received the item, the pieces were warped (either made poorly or damaged during shipping/production). As a result, the pieces of the wheel did not fit together and I am unable to use it. As for returns, it will cost >30$ in shipping to return it. I reached out to the seller to try and get covered shipping or replacement parts but haven’t heard back. Will update this if they are able to resolve the issue for me.

The Cat Exercise Wheel was very easy to assemble, it's well made, and it's very sturdy. "Everything about this product is well made, to include the scratcher pad which fit very nicely and the Velcro keeps it snug and tight on the wheel!" "I love it!" and the Manx cat, "she loves it!" Great product for cats who need exercise or just to exercise, or cats who have lots of energy. Very sturdy hardly any wobbling and hardly and noise easy to use once ur cats get used to it and it’s very safe. I have a couple cats few of which are very energetic and loved this after getting them used to it with treats and other toys.

I got this hoping to re-direct my kitten from trouble and get my older cat moving more. The kitten (~ 5 months) took a day or two to get used to it, but now will step on and run on the wheel without prompting (hasn't stopped him from causing trouble though). I did put some catnip and velcro toys onto the carpet lining to encourage them. The older cat is too lazy to run so far but enjoys watching his brother. I live in a small apartment, so the cats don't have an unobstructed space to run at full speed. It's nice to see the kitten able to really gallop and let off some steam. Don't expect your cat to run on it for very long at a time as they are sprinters with not much endurance.The wheel doesn't make too much noise and turns smoothly. It was very easy to put together without needing any extra tools. The pink color is cute (my cat's favorite color). It came with a wand toy and laser toy also which was nice. I got the 31.5 inch and it feels pretty big in my space- I recommend measuring it out. I think if you have a larger cat you would want the larger size so your cat doesn't have to arch their back while running.

There really aren't assembly instructions with this cat wheel. What information there is was most definitely written in China. All that said, once I was able to get it assembled (not easy for arthritic hands) it is surprising sturdy.
