All of my cats love this bed / hide-a-way tunnel. I have purchased several. Did arrive with a strong “chemical” order so I recommend washing a couple of times before use. Didn’t stop me from purchasing again though. It’s a big hit with all in my household.

My cat likes it best when the cube is collapsed to make a square bed. She even likes to sleep on the inner pillow by itself. I have only cleaned this with a pet roller and it still looks brand new.

This cat bed is a lovely idea in theory, of being a two in one "house" or "bed," but it has some design flaws.First, it is shipped with the top folded in half. As it is made out of foam, this permanently damages the top of the bed, leaving a crease that will not come out. Being folded in a down V shape, it wants to collapse.Second, all the fabrics used are low quality. Even the plush, though cute, is not great. The backing fabric is exposed in all the "down" areas, and is loosely woven. One of my cats got her claw stuck to the bed the first day they had it, and then raced down the hall, spooked, with the entire bed stuck to her front paw. The entire bed is extremely light, which to me points to the interior materials not being of top quality, either.Though they do like the bed, as a pet parent I can't give it high markings due to its construction. It's not a bed I see holding up for long.

I loved it. Luna did not. she likes to be up on the back of my sofa. Gave it to one of my friends and her cat loves it. Luna is a little Loony. Bought her a bed and she would not use it. Prefers my sofa

This cat house is such a great idea, but it hasn't worked out as well as it could have. One issue is that the openings are small. There's one on two different sides and the other sides are completely closed. My biggest cat can't fit in it. He tried a couple of times and I felt sorry for him. He'd seen his smaller sister laying in there comfortably snoozing away and he wanted a turn in it. It wasn't to be, though. The other issue is that it's so flimsy. I know that it's made to be smushed down into a bed, if desired, but we have other beds here and I wanted a more private cat house option for them. This one won't hold its shape well at all and the sides sag down. The first couple of days we had it, my smallest cat was in it constantly. As it's got saggier and saggier, she's found other places to lay. As a cat bed for smaller cats, though, it's nice and soft. I just wouldn't overly recommend it as a cat house.
