Really pretty but so far two cats won't sit it in. I don't recommend this for cats. It's nice to put a plant on or something.

I got it for our new kittens, I wouldn't reccomend this for larger cats. However even if they don't use it, it's stunning on the wall. Our less than 10lbs cats have used it.

This is a cute little cat bed. I like that it doesn’t look like typical cat furniture so it doesn’t stick out in my living room. Right now both of my kittens can fit in it, but I imagine it will get cramped as they grow so I may have to get a second one.Hanging it up was easy and it seems sturdy. No instructions (at least with the one I got) so I just used the hardware it came with and hung it up somewhere that worked for me. It seems to be very sturdy- held up to my 5 year old niece “rocking” the kittens and all of their toys, at least. The kittens love using it for naps, bird watching, and getting the high ground in their wrestling matches. Overall a success all around.

Die Schaukel ist leider zu windig verarbeitet, die Aufhängung ist bei dem ersten Hochspringen und Spielen gerissen (die Schlaufe ist auch nur angeklebt).Aber, wer Lust hat zu basteln und nachzuhelfen bei der Befestigung, der kann seinen Katzen große Freude bereiten. Die Schaukel hängt bei mir im Baum und die Katzen lieben es daraufzuspringen, mit den Seilen zu spielen und die Pfötchen raushängen zu lassen.Fazit: Tolle Idee, schön fürs Auge, aber leider leider eine schwache Praktikabilität. Und dafür finde ich den Preis zu hoch.

Super easy to hang up, came in great shape. Cats took to it in less than a couple hours. Looks beautiful and non traditional as far as cat furniture goes! The bed is super soft and it seems it will hold up well for the price.

The rope isn't long enough when hanging from the ceiling so check the height of your ceiling before buying. My cat didn't like it, I think it was because it was a hammock style & he didn't feel safe & secure. I actually put a cat stand below it so it was resting on it to stop it from moving but he still didn't take to it. It looks nice but make sure you're cat likes a moving bed before buying.

This is exactly what I wanted and it's absolutely beautiful. I spruced it up a bit for around $20 extra after seeing another reviewer's cute handiwork (see photo), but it's simply stunning on its own. It looks exactly as pictured, hangs very long, and doesn't look cheap. It feels durable and seems to be made well. My cats love it except for the fact that it does swing, but that was expected and I'll figure out a remedy on my own. I can't hang things from my ceiling (one of my cats is huge), but I used a bracket that sticks out about 7 inches and it's holding well. Its rare that I get exactly what I asked for/expected on an online purchase, but with this, what you see is what you get and I LOVE it so much, it's exactly what I wanted. It feels additionally like art and not just a boring cat bed.

Edited: the seller sent me a new one and it is perfect. Good customer service. This is how all companies should be. A customer has a problem and the company fixes it with no hassleMine is defective. It doesn’t hang properly and you can see where the macrame is messed up. I am returning it. Pax tried it but since it was so wonky, he didn’t like it very much. Not sure if I want to reorder or try a different brand

I based my rewview on the esthetic of the item. Our 15 lb cat is still unsure of this hammock, but it is so cute. I do wish it came with a mounting kit. I spent an additional $15 to actually mount it. I picked up a National Hardware Zinc Swing Hook from Lowes (2 pack), chain extender, and extra S hook.I wouldn't recommend getting if your cat likes to play with string or rope. Does not get used daily which I think has increased the longevity, considering the rope is not the thickest. My cat really seems to like the bedding/cushion.Also, if you have a hyper active cat be careful. My cat squeezes between the rope to get in and out (rather than using the BIG opening in the front- I don't get it). I can totally see a hyper active smaller cat getting itself tangled. Just be cautious.
