I bought this for searing meats before pellet grill smoking. The texture is quite a bit rougher that I anticipated. Still a pretty good sear plate.

I wanted this as an addition to my Gas section of my outside grill. The dimensions were correct for my grill and the quality of the griddle was evident. Allows me to do a "mini-blackstone" top and has performed to expectations after several uses. Pleased with the product and recommend.

The built quality is great and it works well and fits on my stove perfectly. Distribution of heat is even and it has perfect cooking abilities, easy to clean when you clean immediately after usage but only with following the instructions. Love that it come with the silicone mittens and the cleaner.

I wouldn’t buy it again. I bought this to use on my induction stove. I chose this one because it was small enough that it would go no more than 1/2” off the burner area. When cooking pancakes there were spots that were extremely hot, some were cold.After use I tried to clean and season but it shredded the paper towel (I use bounty) and hung onto little bits of it that were hard to get off. There was also a high spot that wasn’t visible until after it shredded my paper towels.Maybe this will work better over a fire, but I doubt it due to its poor heat distribution.
