This garlic roaster is especially nice cuz it has the cast iron two-ended handle included. It can remove the cover to check on the progress of the roasting, and the other end can lift the roaster out of the oven or off the grill.

This cat iron roaster is a good heavy weight. It heats evenly. Depending on the size of the bulb, 3 fit very well and today's beautifully.

This is a great product. I love roasted garlic.I’ve bought the terracotta garlic roasters in the past, which work well but do not last.This is easy to use easy to clean.
