I am delighted with this product and absolutely blown away by the seller's outstanding customer service!!When keyboard arrived, I was disappointed that I had been sent the wrong bench. I phoned Amazon and almost immediately received word from seller. They sent me my preferred bench right away and answered all of my questions about the keyboard in a quick online exchange. I was so impressed by the seller's attentive, efficient service!Highly recommend this keyboard (I bought the furniture stand bundle)! Easy assembly, great to play and feels, sounds just like a real, hammered piano! Good price, too!

This is the second Casio Privia we have purchased. The first was the older model- the PX-150. We bought it used for a piano student of mine. We also own a Yamaha Clavinova that we bought new back in 2007, as well as a Kawaii Accoustic Grand Piano. I teach piano in Luanda, Angola, and we have imported keyboards for my students. We bought Yamaha Piaggero's and I have been mostly pleased with them for the price we paid, plus the size was easier to put on the airplane (76 keys vs 88 keys). The Piaggero's were less than half the cost of the Privia's, but they also did not come with a cabinet, bench or pedal, nor were they full size.The most important thing, though, is that the Privia is an absolute pleasure to play. I love that it is a full-size keyboard and the touch is amazing! The keys on the PX-150 and PX-160 are textured and feel exceptional to play on. The touch is great--very responsive! We bought the PX-160 for our 22-year-old son for his birthday last month and I spent quite a while playing on it. To have a keyboard in a cabinet-type structure is great as it provides a lot of stability when playing big classical pieces. I can get the full range of sound from very soft to very loud easily as I play, which makes playing the piano with emotion so satisfying. I love the three-pedal assembly, which is attached to the keyboard cabinet. No more "chasing" the pedal as it slides away! If the Casio Privia XP-160 had been available back in 2007, we would never have spend the money that we did on the Yamaha Clavinova. I think they play equally as well, though the Clavinova makes a "furniture" statement that the smaller, more spare, cabinet of the Privia, does not. However, the keys on the Privia feel much better to my fingers than the keys on the Yamaha, though it may be that newer Yamaha digital pianos also have textured keys, these days. Not sure about that.All in all, I am extremely pleased with the Casio Privia PX-160 and would not hesitate to purchase it again, should the need arise. It was well packed for shipping and arrived in perfect condition. It did not take long for my husband to assemble everything and it went together easily.

For those of you wondering 'Is this a good substitute for a real piano?'. YES IT IS! I've played piano for 30 years and have been without one for 2 years (due to moving). It plays beautifully - keys feel nice and touch-sensitive works. The pedals work great. (I haven't used the single pedal that also came with it as I got the package with the '3 pedals'.) It sounds gorgeous!It comes with a good instruction book for figuring out how to use the metronome/change tone etc. I managed to record a song but haven't tried to hook it up to the computer yet. I'm looking forward to experimenting with that! EDIT: I have now..see below. It also has a huge catalogue of songs recorded into it which you can leave playing and it sounds like someone is playing piano for you in the room! You can also play along if you know the music!It's a good package deal. It comes with a beginner keyboard book (not piano) which is no use to me but I'm sure would help someone at least with some basics if they needed. The stool is sturdy and it took my husband just a short time to put the stand together for me.It is such a treat to have this piano! Don't hesitate... get it!EDIT: I have now managed to record from the piano to my computer. I first tried to get the music that I had recorded on the keyboard onto the computer via the USB slot (cable same as one I had for a Printer). I managed to transfer the file onto the computer but could not find a programme to open the music file. Having searched on the internet many people also have this problem. You can download a programme from Casio which transfers music into the 'casio' format to hear via your keyboard but not the other way round! That seems bizarre! Anyway, I read about an alternative way where you play the piano real time into your computer programme which is what I'd thought I would have to do anyway. I use Audacity to edit music so I bought a cable that goes from the back of the keyboard (Dual TS Cable to 3.5 MM) into the Microphone slot on your computer. (Another problem.. my big laptop only has one slot which is dual headphone/microphone so when I tried to record the sound quality was awful! Apparently you can buy a USB port which has both the microphone/headphone - input/output for just a few dollars. I have an old mini-laptop and that one had both slots. I had Audacity on that one and after playing around with the recording levels have managed to record a nice-sounding piano piece from my piano to the computer!)
