It stays on better and a horse can see good through it. I've tried a lot of the others and this is the best one.

My picky ponies with pink eyes do very well with these masks. They tear them up by year end, but we get a whole fly season out of them. So they are good quality fly prevention that effectively work for miniature horses and ponies. And the horses actually leave them on!! You won’t regret buying these. I buy 10 a year for 10 horses.

I have purchased two of these over the years. Fit is good and last the season. Considering the other horses like to take them off and they spend half the time on the ground being trampled on I am happy to say they last the season. Affordable and strong Velcro. Horse size fits good for 15.3 horse. Could be used on larger horses as well. Room on my horse under the chin area.

I have tried so many brands and types and this one without ears is my go to. I also get the version with ears for those few weeks in spring where the burrowing flies get nasty. This Cashel mask is strong a durable and mostly stays on a pony who likes to rub his off. I like the peaked design in front as it adds some character and style along with comfort for the nose. The eyes also stay nice and popped out to give them relief from getting too close. If you don't use flymasks often, you should! Horses get a break from allergens, bright light, and bugs. Once in a rare while they get "hot" and try to scrub them off. Doing the earless version helps that.

I have a thoroughbred and was afraid this might be too small. But the measurements made me get this one and it works. He didn’t have any problem with it going on and seems very relaxed. Now that his eyes are protected from the flies.

My boy has already stained the mask, but it fits as described. He is 18hh and around 1700-1800 lbs and he seems like he is on the smaller end of the range for this mask so it should fit a large draft! It looks great and has lasted for almost a week. Dirt is very easy to clean off. I braid a portion of his mane and loosly tie them on so they don’t lose them, but he has not gotten it off yet and he is out with 3 other horses.

I picked the size for " horse" but the velcro fastener was almost too short, without impeding his jaw movements.I suggest buying a size up.

Great fit and nearly impossible for a clever horse to remove (trust me, mine is a Houdini). Also very durable and easily washable. My favorite fly mask by far!

Die Maske an sich ist sehr gut, war nur leider die für mein Pferd falsche Größe. Rückgabe und Preiserstattung war absolut reibungslos, vorbildlich. Habe jetzt die Maske eine Nummer größer und bin sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben für unsere Pferde schon so einige Masken ausprobiert. Diese ist mit Abstand die Beste. Der Schnitt und das Material sind perfekt, daher können unsere Pferde diese Maske oft rund um die Uhr tragen. Bei Regen trocknet das Material sehr schnell und durch einen Elastikeinsatz am Klettverschluss, schneidet die Maske auch nicht bei Kaubewegungen ein. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können diese Maske nur empfehlen.Für unsere Arabofriesenstute haben wir die Größe HORSE gewählt, für unsere Anglo-Araberstute (deren Kopf ein bisschen kleiner ist) die Größe ARAB/SMALL QUARTER. Sie passen wunderbar.

Ich habe mir die Fliegenmütze aufgrund der extremen Fliegen und Bremsen im Sommer gekauft. Die Qualität und das Material sind super weich und bieten eine tolle Passform. Gekauft habe ich Größe COB für einen großen Araber Wallach vom alten Typ (kein Dish). Hier passt die Maske perfekt! Auch über Nacht verrutscht nichts und die Maske bleibt auf dem Kopf.

great sturdy product, better fitting with the 2 ear holes, I like the double velcro also as it makes it more difficult to remove for those horses that like to scratch on just about everything. Made this fly season easier on two and four legged critters
