These are perfectly fine cash drawers. My only complaint is how thin the plastic drawer is.

Update....the team at EOM worked with me diligently and swiftly to resolve my issue. Great customer service! Thanks for getting my register back in business as quickly and easily as you did.This register quits communicating with printer and pos system all the time... which means there is no auto drawer opening during transaction occurring. This is the 2 Nd one I’ve bought and it’s frustrating!

Needed two drawers to replace two existing drawers. There are several on Amazon to choose from. I spent some time reading product descriptions and reviews before choosing. I almost didn’t pick this product because I was hoping for the whole drawer insert to be removable and by the description it seemed only the change insert was removable.Prior to delivery, I received an email from the seller with setup instructions. Included with each drawer there is a short, simple and easy to understand instruction sheet for setup to a Square POS system (which I have) or other POS systems. It took about 5 minutes to set up each drawer including the unpacking. Upon set up I discovered that both the change drawer insert AND the entire cash insert are removable, independently or together.The operation is smooth and consistent. They look great though the manufacturer logo is larger than I prefer. Really an inconsequential complaint. Otherwise, they are exactly what I was looking for. The price point is fair, IMO. I would highly recommend.

I purchased this cash drawer to mount it under a desk in the shop. Easy to mount, great quality. I use it manually with the key. I have no need for the electronic part of the draw, so I can’t tell you how that part of it is. No complaints about it for what I use it for, highly recommend it.

This cash drawer performs as advertised. Installing it under the counter where we do POS transactions was a little challenge only because of poor planning when the counter was built. However, the mounting brackets that shipped with the drawer aided tremendously to get this drawer installed. It is heavy duty and looks and feels of good quality. I would recommend to others who need a durable, reliable cash drawer.

The cash drawer works exactly as I expected.It's plugged into a Star Micronics TSP100 receipt printer, driven by the POS function of ZenPlanner gym management software.There are ample slots and spaces for common denominations of money with checks and large bills kept under the coin tray.Construction seems solid. The only quibble, I do with the key lock had position labels. Not a major issue.The seller seems genuinely concern about my success with the product, proactively contacting me to ensure I had no issues.I do recommend this product.

This drawer didn't work with my software program. Worked perfectly when I turned my software off. I had to send it back and reorder from somewhere else however I haveTo say these fine folks tried and tried to get this drawer operational for me and when they could t they gracefully sent a pickup order for return.They are terrific to work with and I wish I could have given them my business!

I would say this is a light duty register. The front panel rubbed against the housing so that the drawer could not pop open. The only way to fix it was to remove the bottom left screw for the black faceplate. I've owned a lot of cash drawers and this is about the flimsiest one I've seen. It is not comparable to an MMF, it is of much lower quality but comes at half the price and comes with the mount. But I would advise to spend up and get an MMF as these tend to be quite crucial for your business operation. You don't want these to break.
