I had a pesky check engine light and rough idle. No vacuum leak, spark plugs replaced, injectors cleaned and and played musical coils as in switching coils to locate bad coil, (you know what I mean). Saw a video tip to replace fuel filter so tried it. Not difficult to change out on the 04 Pilot. CEL has not returned and passed emission test. Inexpensive fix for pesky rough idle with CEL.
