Probably the smoothest wheels I have ever had on a roller bag. I've taken it on one return trip so far and checked it both ways with nothing other than dirty scuffing.I expect this will last for some time... but that's in the hands of the airline.

They have excellent customer service- after seeing my review and getting a full refund, the manufacturer reached out to me - they sent me a brand new one and it seems to be much better quality - I have not used it for long distance travel just for some in town jobs. I appreciate feeling heard, refunded and getting another chance to try their product.Here was my original review that no longer stands for the new item sent:I’ve used it once and it is unstable, wheels wobble, always tips over and zipper has already been. Catching/breaking. It is not over stuffed
