Vet-Kem carpet and premise spray kills adult fleas, ticks, ants and cockroaches. It kills adult fleas within 10 minutes and prevents reinfestation and flea build-up for 7 months. Each spray bottle treats up to 2, 000 square feet. Directions & dosageidentify treatment areas, especially those where Pets frequent, such as in and around pets sleeping and resting areas. These are the primary areas where fleas, their eggs, and ticks are found. Before treatment, make a test application to upholstery, drapery, light-colored, delicate fabrics, or wood surfaces in an inconspicuous place. Prepare treatment areas. Remove motor vehicles before using in garages. For best results with surface/carpet treatments, vacuum thoroughly before spraying and discard vacuum bag in outside trash. This product may also be used for infested surfaces inside motor vehicles. Apply treatment. For flea/tick infestations, a single can treats 2, 000 square feet. Hold container upside down 2-3 feet from surface, point actuator towards the surface, and push button. Apply as a spot treatment only to surfaces of furniture, rugs, carpets, drapes, and around all pet resting areas until slightly damp. Reapply in 14 days, If necessary. Important: only proper application to carpets, upholstery, drapes, and other fabrics will provide thorough flea/tick elimination. Do not apply directly to pets or animals. Vacate room after treatment and ventilate until surfaces are dry before reoccupying. Actually works. We have two cats and live in a 900 sqft apartment. As someone who has grown up always having pets, I take fleas and the health of my animals very seriously. So when our two cats got fleas for the first time, I went to do research. In doing so, I found this. I could not be happier. The first thing we did was spray the cat tree and put it on our balcony so it can dry and the cats aren't on it. After a day, the cat tree looks like a warzone. Littered with dead fleas that have come up to the surface. We are very happy and are in the process of spraying everywhere right now.

Had a bad flea infestation. Immediately got this product. Sprayed each room every single day (DO NOT let pets into room if it’s not dry). Worked immediately. But shouldn’t be your only solution. Combing fleas out of our cats daily was very important. Should be used as a combo treatment.Our first bottle the lid cracked in half.The second bottle the nozzle that does the mist spray broke off completely. So frustrating especially cause it’s already pricy. But worth it because it kills fleas and their eggs immediately.

Keep this stuff on hand! This stuff will actually kill the fleas and the eggs etc. Unfortunately, we found out the hard way our cats flea medicine stopped working. This stuff saved the day. I’ve used it in the past as well, and it is a definite must have if you have pets.

This spray was completely effective in annihilating all fleas very quickly. If I *ever* experience any flea issues again, I will definitely get this again.

This is a great product. I don’t spray the carpet or furniture. Instead spray two cotton balls and place them in your canister. Then vacuum everything really well. The fleas, eggs and larvae will die in the canister. Dump it into a plastic bag, seal it and take it to the trash immediately after.

I had a terrible flea infestation these past two weeks. My cats are longhairs so even on prescription preventative, fleas were living all over them since they got into the house somewhere. Before this, I had tried everything. Carpet powders, other sprays — I even rented an industrial carpet cleaner in the hopes of washing them all out. Of course, none of that worked, I was still going insane with fleas jumping all over my legs as I walked through my room and house. I thought that I was going to have to get an exterminator until my vet recommended Vet Kem.In all of my research online about what products to use, not a single person mentioned this stuff, but it has honestly changed my life. Started by spraying my room and even after an hour the results were noticeable. Nothing was jumping on me anymore and I didn’t have to walk around my room with a lint roller to catch them. I waited until the next morning to give final judgment and lo-and-behold, not a single flea jumping on me. I couldn’t believe that I wasted two weeks losing my mind trying a million things when this stuff worked immediately. I’m buying more for the rest of my home and to keep on hand from now on.

I used this along with Suspend SC and Precor IGR and vacuuming every other day to every day.It did leave a bit of oily residue on my uncarpeted floor but it easily cleaned up once they all died.Had little smell and was super easy to apply. Wear gloves because your finger you spray with will get chemical on it.It's a bit expensive and I needed 2 cans to treat my smaller 1 bedroom apartment and my car but it works.I now keep 2 cans on hand for next season if it happens again. No more waiting for shipping I can spray this day one and put in an order also.Remember though you need to vacuum. Chemical is only part of the solution! If you get lazy on vacuuming and house clean up they will last longer.
