It’s great overall, but customer support is very slow. Also, avoid using it in rain, water, or snow—only on nice, sunny days. The battery could also use an upgrade. Still, it works well under the right conditions.

This has the strong motor. I got it for my daughter to get around campus on. I thought I’d pay a little more for the bigger motor because U of M is hilly. It’s too fast in the flats. It scares her and now she doesn’t ride it at all. It’s torquey and goes like a bolt. I’ve skated since I was 8 and even I was like wow that’s fast.

Can only imagine to get this when I was a kid, but still amazing in my early 40's.I brought this to downtown to use it with a friend who lives there. Went over a fairly arched bridge; this thing goes! Can't wait to use it on a long paved trail we have in my city.I guess it depends on skills, for me I have to be careful because the torque is instant.Being moved by this skateboard feels surreal. Amazing what technology can achieve.Again skills I guess. Those almost 20 miles per hour feel so incredibly fast to me. Definitely plenty of speed and range to even be used for local transportation.The range and charge times are true to specs I would say.I can't believe I waited this long to get one of these. Electric is just the way to go for products like this. That instant torque is so enjoyable.I'm not an expert, but it feels very well made. The grip is very impressive. I love the wheels too, very high quality large wheels that won't stop when little rocks are encountered. Simple genius touches like the handle cut makes this an overall perfect product.It feels very large to me, which is a good thing for stability.I need to buy safety equipment just in case. A helmet, knee protectors etc are recommended. You never know.I tested the three speed modes and I would say the most significant thing is how they take off. Definitely get used to it before using high speed mode.The remote is awesome, so easy to use, instant response.Rated for 300 pounds, don't mind to say I am 225, and this thing moves me like I am a feather.If this is what you want, like, need, definitely go for it, it won't disappoint.

First I would just like to warn you to pleaaasseeee not waste your time and money ordering this product. The battery does not last even close to what they advertise. I purchased this product a couple weeks ago with the intent of using it to commute to and from work. It listed to have a 12 mile range. Not 2 not 7…. After receiving in the mail I rode around for a little while to drain the battery so I could leave it plugged in for a few hours and achieve a good charge. The next morning I go to ride it to work (I work 4 miles a ay so I figure with a 12 mile range it would be more than enough). I was dead wrong, first day I rode it the battery died right around 2 miles. I tried charging it and again, I think the second time I got a little over 3 miles. Battery is trash. If your intention is to ride more than a couple miles stay far far away from this product

I got it like a month or so ago and it recently stopped working all of a sudden. One wheel works but screeches trying to make up for the other wheel no longer working. Tried taking it apart to see if I could fix the problem but I couldn’t take the wheel off due to a screw being unable to be unscrewed. I also believe it could be a wiring problem and I didnt do anything for it to stop working so. But while it worked for the month I had it, it was really fun.
