The Carlisle RB14 OptiClean Bowl / Open Ware washing Rack is a space efficient way to wash, store and transport bowls, containers and other large or irregularly shaped items.

Made from durable polypropylene plastic, the OptiClean RB14 ware washing rack is safe for use in commercial dishwashers and will standup to harsh detergents and heat up to 200 degrees F. Industry standard sizing allows it to stack with other industry standard ware washing racks. The open side design is designed to allow for maximum water circulation and airflow for proper cleaning and drying.

The RB14 is designed to fit in any standard sized commercial dishwasher. It measures 19.75 x 19.75 x 4 inches (L x W x H). The rack is certified by the National Sanitation Foundation, made in the USA and recyclable.

The racks that were delivered were not the flat racks pictured, but racks with divider posts.
