It says not waterproof and I wore a small hole in the bottom from my carrier being so low on entrances to a lot of places I entered. But was plenty big enough for extra storage

I purchased this for a rack that is on my Utv. This worked out well for me keeping my hunting cloths clean and dry while heading into back country

The price point tells you what you need to know. Mine began falling apart after first use. It's now covered in gorilla tape and seam reinforcement. Save your $$. Get the Thule.

Decent product for price but not cold weather friendly. Vinyl get hard and brittle instantly making the zipper almost unusable. Also a tip and no fault at all of this product but check vehicles. We had a rental advertised with roof racks and later learned most roof racks now are purely cosmetic with no hook or strap spots. We made it work but caution

Bottom line is everything got wet/ soaked it didn’t protect like it claimed I want my money back because it didn’t do the one thing it was supposed to do! Protect my things from water damage it’s not water proof!! I was trying to upload a picture but couldn’t

It does not cost much, so I do not expect to last forever, but it has held up well for two long trips. Watch when you zipper it. The zipper is not the highest quality. Also, it is not waterproof. I would call it "water resistant". Don't put anything in it that would be ruined by water. Gave it 5 stars because it is a good value for the small amount of money I paid for it. You get what you pay for. If you NEED a fully waterproof bag, you will have to pay more. It you understand that it is for cargo that will not be ruined by a little water, buy this one, save money.

Expectations are everything. Incorrect expectations can lead to misunderstandings.The Bag arrived and it was not what I was expecting.its more of a cover then a bag, and reminds me of a pool liner. At least that's what the fabric feels like.I am sure that bag will work for its intended purpose when supported by the metal structure of the bumper rack.I was thinking it would be something more like a cargo bag you could load up and carry to the back of your car and strap down. There is no real structure to the bag. It has a shape of a "trunk" but I would not recommend loading it and trying to carry it loaded. That's just not what it was made to do.It's more of a put it on the rack, open it up and stuff things into it. When you get where you are going, unload it before you move it.It will definitely help keep your cargo dry :-)
