I paid the ford motor company service department to install this item and it was a bad module and I ended up spending $575 for a module from ford. I am so unhappy I will never again order a product from this manufacturer and I will tell everyone I know to not order any either. I feel so ripped off out of my hard earned money that I didn’t have just to throw away on a horrible part.
