Recommend works really great work even better than the other pair of similar socket spark plug socket remover was using both pair and a the Cayman work better for some reason tried both on the same spark plug the Cayman got it off where the other one didn't I have one spark plug on my Dodge that's very hard to get to and the Cayman got it off where the other one didn't seem to work to get it off

Save yourself from lots of cursing and get this tool before working on your spark plugs. Must have for Auto DIYer mechanic.

Tried to use this to replace the spark plugs in my 2017 Ford Escape with the 1.5l Ecoboost. While it did come in handy for starting the threads on the new plugs, I ended up having to use a deep well socket with thinner walls to get the plugs loosened enough that this socket could get on the plugs. So this wasn’t a complete waste of money for me, but I was not able to use it for my intended use and the socket itself is very nice and well made.

I changed the.plugs on a 05 F150 5.4L 3V, the engine the plugs are know to break off on.This tool fit perfectly, the small the swivel at the top made all of the difference.Good quality and feels good in your hand.I received the tool the day after I ordered it.

Build quality feels great. Holds the spark plugs tense but not tight. Which is what it should do. I had bought this for my 2013 Nissan Versa without realizing i needed a thin walled socket. However will hold on to it as it seems good quality.

This tool is a must for changing spark plugs did my ram truck and can see using it in my boat and any other hard to get at spark plug they grip the plug no issue great product

This is a must for the tune up on my Expedition. First I got a rubber lined socket and didnt have the extension and ONE spark plug was a pain because the socket would stick to the plug in the manifold and I had to fish it out wondering if the plug would be tight enough. Solved all of my issues with the spark plug sticking to the socket and worrying about fishing the socket out with this $10 part. Ford and local shops wanted $300-400 for a tune up and this part made it cheap and easy.

I put this poor thing through hell!I don't think they thought of my application when it was designed every fastener i use it on is in a ridiculous location so it is always working at extreme angles i don't think it's quite 45 degrees but it's getting close not to mention i have to hammer the fastener as tight as it will go.well over 100 ft lbs.When you are doing that to a swivel you have to expect failure.But it hung in there a long time.
