This intake boot is either just shorter or at a slightly different angle than the oem one so it takes some work to get the air box boot to seat properly at the same time as this one. Works well as long as you don’t over tighten the hose clamp. I used RTV gasket maker on the engine side to ensure a good seal so I can’t speak to how well it mates up there but seems to probably be okay.

i really love these parts that come in the cheesy black and red box. they are really good quality parts i"ve never had any issues with them at all,and if i didn"t know better i would think they are oem!
