This pan has quickly become a staple in my baking arsenal, and I couldn't be more pleased with its performance. The quality of the carbon steel construction is exceptional. It provides even heat distribution, ensuring that my cakes bake perfectly every time. The non-stick coating is a game-changer, allowing for easy release and cleanup – no more struggling with stuck-on cake bits! The design of the pan is both elegant and functional. The intricate details create beautifully shaped Bundt cakes that look as impressive as they taste. The 10-inch size is perfect for making generously sized cakes that are sure to impress family and friends.

Good price, decent quality, a bit hot but when you use different material molds expect a learning curb between silicone ,aluminium and steel... Will get there, cheers!

I've used this once. It's because it's a bad pan because it's not. I just don't make bundt cakes often. It's nonstick, but I still have to spray it because I don't like messing up cakes and I hate taking risks. The cake cooked well and removing it from the pan was easy. Cleaning it was even easier. For fourteen bucks it's not bad. I don't regret this order and if you're looking for a bundt pan, stop here and add it to your cart. You won't regret it.

Generous capacity Bundt-style pan, the non-stick finish works (but see below) and the test cake I made (lemon) came out great with two caveats.First, while the pan is non-stick you should still coat it to help with the release of the cake after baking/initial cooling. I used a baking spray, which contains flour, and I should have stuck with plain vegetable spray - flour isn’t a good release agent. Quoting King Arthur Baking: “Not only does flour sometimes provide a less-than-satisfactory non-stick experience, it also adds a dry layer of "gunk" to the cake's surface.” So, while the release was certainly acceptable, if I had not used the baking spray I believe the release would have been almost completely clean.Second, the size of this pan, or rather its capacity - 12 cups - was a bit too big for one box of cake mix; 1 ½ boxes would have been better and produced a more fuller cake. The downside with that of course is that you’re left with half a box of mix, so realistically you either buy 3 boxes so that you can get two cakes, or you stick with one box and have a smaller (shorter) cake. While most of this would apply to any baking in a Bundt-style pan, this pan itself is great - some heft to it, so it bakes and browns better; the non-stick coating is good and release was easy; clean up was no problem; and, the price for the quality of the pan is hard to beat. You can easily find a similar type pan for less, but you’ll end with a lightweight, not-so-good non-stick surface, and headaches. Better tools can make a better baker - this pan is one of those kind of tools.

This is a decent quality bundt pan. The finish is evenly applied, and the pan has a nice useable weight. I like the ridged design, as it adds a bit of detail to the finished baked good. Some of the pans are smoother which is fine, but this fluted design elevates the look of the baked goods once they are done. I am content with the product quality.

I didn't really know what to expect from this "non-stick" Bundt pan. Any Bundt pan I have used in the past, even if it said non-stick, was not. I've always needed to somehow grease the pan or bits and bobs would stick (who am I kidding...half of the cake sometimes!).I set out to make a cake for company and argued with myself about greasing the pan. The whole point of this was to test the validity of the seller’s claims, but I just couldn't bring myself to waste a cake and have to make something else for our guests.Well, that dilemma was cleared up for me when my brand-new can of flour spray wouldn't work. I prepared myself to be "gluing" my cake back together.HOWEVER, much to my delight, the cake came right out of the pan after I let it cool on the rack for about 12 minutes (I like to raise my cooling rack up on 4 cans from the pantry to allow for better airflow). This pan is heavy duty as well. When I opened the package my first thought was, "Wow! This reminds me of my first Bundt pan from way back in the day!”You can see from the pictures just how well it performed. One thing I would recommend is being careful that you get all of the water out of the rolled lip before storing it. I like to dry the pan and then pop it into the cooled down oven to let it finish drying (hang something on the over door to remind you it is in there so you don't accidentally leave it and preheat it with your next baking project - ;o)I am more than delighted with this pan and would not hesitate to give it as a gift.
