Seller put 1.5 inch wide brown packing tape on each end of the roll instead of low tach thin masking tape. In total that is 3" of unusable material unless you are going to make a flat panel. The length of the roll was actually 41" which comes out to 38" usableIt measures 19.25 inches from top to bottom. I received the stitched side of the mother roll with 3/4" of red strands and no carbon at one end, with a more conservative 1/8 strip of pin stripe tape used at the bottom to stop running.Usable dimensions were thus 19.25 x 38Not the end of the world for me, but if you were buying this and needed exact measurements be advised that there will be unusable weave because of the size and style of tape they may use to stop running.If the seller reads this, please use thin masking tape folded over on the ends to seal, or adjust the length to incorporate thicker tape if you are going to use it, but packing tape makes whatever it touches unusable outside of a flat panel and there arguably isn't a reason to use THAT thick a piece
