Saw was packed great. Once I opened it and got it put on my work bench I noticed the cover was loose and no screw cap. Looked in the box and there it was. Went to screw it on and the rod holding the cover was broke. Only the top rod was intact.

Whether you are buying cheap Amazon arrows or expensive top of the line arrows you will eventually need this, and it works great. The tape was messed up on mine a little bit but it won't effect anything unless I'm making 2 inch arrows!

It's a great saw and works excellent with all of my arrows. However, when I unpacked the saw, the tape measure was damaged around the 5-9" markings. It will not affect my cuts, but I can see it losing its adhesiveness and beginning to peel. I tried to talk with Carbon Express, and they would not send me a replacement tape. I will have to find another one online when this one starts to peel off. I would have thought Carbon Express would have stood behind equipment quality
