The main radiator hose is 1 1/2 inches, so no surprises there.The bypass hose specs out at 9/16, It's close enough to 5/8 for a hose clamp to draw it in. My stock application was 3/4.I didn't spec the thermostat hole, but it is tighter than my stock thermostat housing, as it fits well on my old thermostat, but didn't fit the new one that I smashed the edges flat to try and seal the stock thermostat(it didn't work)It sealed and didn't leak on my new Edelbrock intake, and the flange is nice and thick which is nice. The seal was pretty twisted when it came, even sitting flat overnight didn't flatten it, and I ended up glueing it with Edelbrock Gasgacinch just to hold it in place. I didn't use the pretty chrome bolts, because I as a rule I don't use ungraded hardware. They don't provide any instructions, which I guess is par for the course, it would have been nice to know torque spec they wanted for the o-ring seal.

Very nice thermostat housing. Unfortunately I could not use it because it hit the belt tensioner on my CVF Racing Serpentine kit. Had to purchase a 90 degree housing. Hopefully it will work out. Return was very easy tho, as it always is with Amazon.

LOOKS NICE BUT LEAKS BAD THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING IS NOT MADE CORRECTLY ITS OFF SETAND THE RUBBER SEAL COMES OUT THE BOTTOM

This housing is far lighter in weight than the original , i was stupid enough to remove the studs fitted as this is posted with 8mm bolts where as original studs are 10mm into block and 8mm nuts to suit housing holes , luckily a quick helicoil in one hole and original stud in other sorted it . Apart from that it sealed brilliantly , would buy again
