So I installed this on some windows on an RV. It look good until it dried. They basically are falling off. Seems like the glue is not very good. I would not recommend anybody buying go to Walmart, save the hustle and the money

Good and affordable tint. Some tips from a first time diy.Lots of soapy water. The soap part is important. Get the right tools. Need the hard edge scrapper tool. To peel the protection film off, spray the edge with the soapy water and use your finger tips to rub it on the corner for easy peel.

I haven’t put this on my car yet is definitely good on stickiness easy to install. If you have the rest of the shebang it functions the one I got. I only put it on one window cause it started to get cold outside, but I’m excited to use the rest of the Product on the rest of my windows

I feel much more comfortable knowing that my belongings are hidden from prying eyes when I'm parked. The film itself is easy to cut and apply, and the adhesive is strong. It's adhered well to my car windows, and I haven't had any issues with peeling or bubbling. The tint also seems to be quite durable, resisting scratches and marks. However, the application process can be a bit fiddly. It takes patience and a steady hand to avoid wrinkles and bubbles, and I did end up with a few small imperfections despite my best efforts. It's definitely not as easy as a professional installation, but it's doable with a bit of practice.Overall, this Universal Car Window Tint Film is a good option for those who want to enhance their car's privacy and reduce glare. It's not perfect, but it's affordable, easy to apply, and delivers decent results

Obviously this is probably for DIY projects on your own car windows. A lot of people are saying it falls off, it’s hard to install and etc. understandable because you’re doing it yourself not going to a pro. Install was a little difficult because I was not a pro but after 2 tries on a couple windows it turned out really nice! I did my entire car windows (RAV4) and I have tons extra I’m going to do another vehicle. Plenty of room for mistakes with the size of the roll I bought. I will say this isn’t top quality it has a weird blue or some type of hue to the tint once on the window. It’s not 100% the best tint if you want more clear view from the inside but it looks really dark on the outside!

I have never tinted before and I did have a learning curve. After about half my role was used up in mistakes I began turning out very good jobs. First of all this tint, as all adhesive tints do, has a clear backing that must be removed before installation or the tint will not stay as some are complaining that their tint falls off by the next day. I can definitely say that this stuff sticks like poop to a wool blanket once dry. I did one window and found a crease I couldn't get rid of. I got back to the job about 20 minutes later to remove the film and try again and I had a hard time removing it as it was really stuck, so the product has very good adhesive once dry, it definitely won't fall off the window when applied properly. Doing window film takes patience and a light touch, if you try to force the job you will mess it up, take your time and you will be fine. Keep your work areas very clean and keep the film wet and you will avoid most dust and dirt particles. Even tint shop jobs are never perfect as the shops will admit it, expect the odd dust fleck as it is unavoidable. You need to be good working with your hands, and have patience and care otherwise don't try tinting. Here are the steps I use to get a great job. You need a squeegee kit and sharp knife (Amazon has some great ones for $20 and they work great). Get a squirt bottle and use a full bottle of water with 3-4 drops of dishwash soap (no more needed that that), Do Not use Windex or any ammonia cleaners. First cut your piece of tint film to rough size of the window being careful to handle it carefully and not crease it. Locate the clear backing side (usually shinier and looks a little lighter that the tint side, but to be sure you can peel back a corner and look). You can use two pieces of tape one each side of the film to help get started when pulling off the backing, but don't do this step yet. Next wet down your Very Clean window and also wet down the clear backing side of the tint film and lay it against the glass, carefully squeegee it flat from the center outwards and trim the film to fit the window. Next remove the film and place it somewhere clean (or have a helper hold it). Rinse down the window well with the spray bottle. remove the clear backing film while wetting down the tint film on both side to wash away any dust (the water won't hurt the adhesive). Apply the window film and position it on the window being careful not to cause creases. It should slide very easy if the window is wet enough (use lots of spray). Again squeegee the film from the center outwards to remove air bubbles and displace the water to the edges. If you notice a large piece of dirt you can lift the film to remove it while keeping the area wet. Continue working out the water to the edges and be patient as the film may look like it wants to lift at the edges, just be patient and keep working over the area checking back every few minutes until it holds down. Gently wipe any excess water from the edges of the window to help the film dry. There are some you tube vids that show more details but the general steps above work. All in all this is very good film in my opinion as it applies well (once you have experience) and sticks well when applied properly.

Got this 5% tint mainly for privacy but also to block some sun from the kids. Very good sun blocking, it made a big difference protecting the kids but also makes its harder for nosy people from seeing whats in the back seat. Application was a little challenging as this is my first time applying it, made a few mistakes but they gave you enough to cover both rear windows. Watched a lot of videos and tips on how to install which helped a lot. Just need to see now how long it lasts. I wish it came with squeegee as using a towel is a little hard. Other than that, it a great DIY tint and would recommend it.

No harder to cut, install and trim than any other tint roll. This gives a sufficient amount on the roll to complete a couple of jobs (rears) and really cuts the sunlight heat on those longer drives when one side of the car is in shade and the other in direct sun.No issues with crumpling or creases on the roll. The only issue will be operator error when installing. More than enough on the roll for oopsies.
