I use this for work in our yard truck. Although I do not have the outside thermometer hooked up to it.Overall I love being able to see the display at night time.

For 20 bucks you can't expect it to last forever. I wired it in and was happy for a long time. Then the buttons stopped working and the 12volt monitor stopped working. I am buying a replacement since I already ran the wiring so I can just plug it in. I screwed the base to my truck dashboard too, so the mount is permanent.

This is great because it has a light so you can read it at night, it plugs into the car electrical so you don't change button batteries frequently, and keeps good time. Except that it resets itself to 12:00 on the slightest warm day. Not totally trivial to set back to correct time, and wouldn't be so bad, but on a sunny day (in Portland Oregon, not Arizona) that could be several times. Annoying.

Seems to work fine. The sticky pads to stick to the dashboard and window didn’t work so well. You need to find another way to attach it
