The old bushings were toast, fixed sloppy shifter, 4 in kit for bushing & collar replacement, 2 on shifter linkage at end of shift tube. I found additional screws that needed tightening while the steering column was taken apart. These bushings worked great to make the loose shifter in my truck tight again. I added some leftover silicone lube for polyurethane bushings to the new bushings so hopefully they'll last longer.

NOT STEERING COLUMN REPAIR KIT – Actually Transmission Shift Tube Repair Parts KitI took off one Star Rating point for the terrible product description. This is a high quality repair kit for repairing problems with the Automatic Transmission Shift Tube. The Ford design engineers should be ashamed of themselves for their terrible design of the Shift Tube. These parts always wear out because of the terrible design. The kit includes the common worn out parts that need to be replaced to get proper shifting. Usually the plastic bushing alone wear out, but sometimes the bushing “saddle” clamp also wears out so it is really helpful that this kit also includes the “saddle” clamps and mounting screws. The parts in this kit are higher quality than OEM.
