I find this wedge very comfortable in my mini which has bucket seats, it’s sorted my back issues out when driving!

I’m using this cushion in my car as my car seat dips too low where it meets the back and regular seat cushions that cover the entire seat are too thick and feel uncomfortable. This half cushion is great because it only covers the dip in my car seat. I’ve noticed too that since I’ve been using it the sciatic and piriformis pain in my leg has improved significantly. I’m so glad I bought this!

I bought this because bucket seats hurt my lower back. This cushion does flatten the seating position to a degree and it is an improvement over the wedge cushion that it replaced. However, it is far less than a perfect solution. Oddly, after extended seating times, it puts uncomfortable pressure on the bottom of your butt. Unfortunately, I'm starting to think the only real solution is to buy a different car.

I found this to be a lot bigger than I expected. This took up more than half of my seat and I just needed it to help wedge into the back of the seat to help me sit slightly forward. The cushion was nice and stayed in place well enough but didn’t work for the purpose I needed.

I know it looks like it will not help because it's so small but trust me it is worth it to try! You can return it if you're unhappy with it but hear me out. I am very picky. I have stubborn back pain. Specifically herniated discs in my L4 & L5 lumbar area. I drive so much for work & my seat cushion in my car wasn't cutting it. I was shocked with how well this eased my back pain. I am considering another for my house it's that effective. I also get trigger point injections as of now & used this both before & after I got them. It helped either way. You won't be disappointed!

I had a fall a few years ago and not get terrible pain in my tailbone from sitting. Dr cannot find anything. I have tried many tailbone friendly cushions with no lasting luck. The help but only for a little while and in the car, they make me sit so tall the rest of the seat starts to hit weird.This cushion did the trick for me. But, I will say, it make me sit a little weird which is why I guess it works. It changes my pressure point. Got me for 30min in the car brings pain to 3hrs which is a win in DC traffic.

I recently bought a pre-owned Subaru Crosstrek and the driver’s seat either never had lumbar support or it was so worn down I couldn’t feel it anymore. I was suffering from low-back and sciatica pain after car rides. This pillow helped so much! It camouflages with my black seats so it doesn’t look weird. I do like to lift it up a little bit once I am seated in my car so that it fits perfectly in the curve of my spine. But I don’t mind those few seconds of fidgeting because I’m then very comfortable and pain-free for my entire car ride.

My lower back problems has been on going but it's a lot better now. I'm in my 40's and weigh 168lbs and mostly healthy habits overall. I'm a courier driver sitting all day and moving in and out of a SUV I start to feel some aches and pain overtime. I've used different shape and sizes of seat cushion for my vehicle throughout the years. I recommend using this style of seat cushion it's not too big and bulky. I'm not sitting to high on my seat it's firm and it helps keep my lower back leveled with my seat so my lower back gets less aches and pain throughout the day when I work. So far it's working for me but I'm sure like anything else that's a seat cushion it well wear out so I'm going to see how long it will take to wear down and I'll let everyone know how long it took. I'll keep you all posted.

I've had lower back issues for a while, exacerbated by long commutes in a Honda Civic. During those years, I tried to make my own wedges with pillows, foam from an old mattress topper, etc. It never quite worked. I kept looking for a wedge but all I would find were soft wedges that would squish down when you sat, defeating the whole purpose. I thought about making one with something solid and covered in foam but didn't have the tools....Finally someone made what I'd designed in my head - a foam support that actually gets your butt up as high as your knees in a low-seat car. That it has memory-foam-like cushion is great, but the bigger plus is that it's not so foamy that it squishes under your weight completely.The dimensions are also great for my seat width wise. I cannot comment on other cars, but it works great in a Honda Civic. Wish they'd offered this years ago during my horrid commuting years - perhaps I wouldn't have had to have had back surgery!The only drawback isn't actually a flaw in the design of the wedge, but if you are much taller than I am (5'6"), this might raise your butt up too high in a short car. It's only a couple inches but some cars like mine don't have much clearance under the roof.

Un excelente producto, compré mi auto recientemente a las pocas semana sentí un dolor en la pierna derecha creí que no tenia el asiento en una buena posición, pero probé varias posiciones del asiento y seguía con el dolor, así que decidí probar con algún cojín y efectivamente me siento muy como manejando, recientemente realice un viaje de 12 hras y no tuve ninguna molestia, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
