Seems to support nice, but moves when you get in car to sit. Then you have to fix it all the time.

My daughter has issues with her tailbone area and her vehicle seat causes her pain it’s hard and uncomfortable. She will roll up a washcloth, I was looking for a smaller cushion and this one seems a good size. It’s a Christmas gift so I’m hoping it’s just right.

Comfortable and helpful for longer rides

This is definitely an unusual looking cushion, but it does seem to help my back & hip pain when I'm driving. The only problem is that there's no way to secure it to your seat, so you have to adjust it every time and sometimes even after shifting while driving. That gets really annoying, and a simple strap to go around the car seat back would help a lot. But the nature of the cushion means it would probably still shift around a little no matter what.
