The wedge and air bag worked as intended, but the tool that you actually use to unlock the door is too flimsy to unlock anything. I was tickling the unlock button trying to hit it until the tool would unspin itself losing all strength. Then I tried the door handle, tool was strong enough to pull the handle out an in inch or so, but not strong enough to actually release the latch. Absolutely infuriating

I keep this product in my trunk to help when someone locks keys in their car. Tools are easy to use and well built for the price. If you need to get in a car quick without breaking a window they function well. I haven't used a lot but they seem durable.

Very helpful if you are unable to open your car door. Save money from touring. Very happy for the result except the wrench came with it does not fit. But we did not need to use it.
