Yes it is. I’ve never bought a kids pillow that was as all inclusive as this one is. My kid falls asleep like clockwork every single care ride so I’ve gone through tons of pillows and they were never “just right”. We’ll the search is over for me and I highly recommend this pillow, no matter what position my kid is in, this pillow will keep his head from dangling.

I got this for my ten year old who often falls asleep during car rides and ends up in an uncomfortable position with a neck ache as a result.Took this with us on Thanksgiving visit to see family and he’s been utilizing it ever since. Cinches comfortably around the upper body or neck area, is very much like a pillow, and keeps his head elevated and his neck in a more comfortable position than before.Thick enough to offer the kind of neck support he needs and big enough for his body to conform to with ease. Definitely a game changer for long rides and we hang it over the headrest of the backseat when not in use.He definitely loves it, including the dinosaur design and uses it quite often.

This pillow was easy to install once I got the instructions from the item post. It did not come with instructions in the packaging which was a negative. It was comfortable and nice in the car for my mom when she falls asleep. Instead of her head bobbing around, her head was secured when she fell asleep in the car. The design is cute too.

I saw this and thought this would easily help my daughter when we travel to the dr office about an hour and half away. On the way back she always falls asleep and her neck looks so uncomfortable. I thought this was a great idea and if my little one was a little bit older this would work better. The colors look exactly as pictured. Once it fluffs up from being vacuum sealed it is thick and comfortable. However, if your child has a booster seat of any kind this will not work. Also, the strap that you attach it to the headrest easily comes undone if your child tugs on it at all. Overall, I would recommend this product for older kids. Keep it in the trunk for long car rides. It is easy to throw over the headrest if you know your child is going to snooze. I still think I can use this later on, so I'm really only disappointed the strap slides so easily you may have to tie it up.

This car pillow is great! The shape of it combined with having the adjustable strap on one end really makes it very versatile for positioning. It's easy to find a good way to use it. Since my son has stopped using the backrest style booster seat, I feel like having something like this really helps him still be able to sleep in the car when needed! It takes some time to expand to full size when opened, but within a day or 2 it should be nice and expanded. Great value!
