Installed today to replace my turn signal relay OEM #81980 06020 to get rid off of LED hyper flash. No more hyper flash, both turn signals and emergency work. Will update 6 months later.

Getting The one out was really hard though and ended up breaking the clip so it’s kinda free hanging but IF the old one didn’t break the clip if would have bed a direct fit!Edit: it’s already malfunctioning, right turn signal works sometimes and usually only if the lights are on. It’s only been 2/3 months and it’s already bad. Yikes. Bad quality.

Since I was installing LED lights on my front and rear blinker lights I would need this to fix the hyperflash on my 2005 4runner. This relay works great removed the old one plugged the new one in and it's fixed. Relay functions as it's supposed to but the only complaint I have about it is that the on / off clicking sound of the relay which is what the sound of the blinker is, sounds really cheap compared to my old OEM one. The old one was more clacky and solid sounding while the new one just sounds clicky and more annoying to me. I also noticed it has a different sound on the left vs. right blinker. But other than that its fine. If your like me you'll notice the difference in the noise but most people wont care. Also for you 4th gen 4runner people here at least 03-5 this is a confirmed fit if you don't have DRL's if you have DRL's you have to do a different method to fix the hyper flash. Non drl just uses this small relay

This blinker relay fixed my hyper flashing in my Tacoma. If you are mechanically inclined, this is pretty easy to change. Although it may be difficult for the average joe to swap out, as the entire fuse block has to be dropped and this relay snaps into the back of it. Took about an hour to change out. So far works great.

Replaced my son's incandescent lamps (26ea) in 2014 Subaru. All was great until the blinkers. Hyper-flash. Load resistors? Not rewiring 4 sockets. Was guided to the flasher relay. $5 and easy to remedy. Took 5 min to install and blinkers work perfectly! Looks like new vehicle just with LED upgrade. Happy I found this simple solution.

I had a hard time finding cert information for my year legacy. I went with this part and although the location on the vehicle is a pain to get to, it was literally plug and Play and took care of my hyper flash.

I actually bought it because Amazon rated my 2019 Ford Runner as this product was for it, the moment I went to install it it didn't work, please read the description very well before buying it since Amazon is having some problems
