Solid built product at a great price. Worked to start dead battery on first try. Also very handy to use for laptops and cell phones etc. Seems to hold a charge for a long time. When I had a question for the company they answered quickly and were extremely helpful!

This item is very light. I was surprised at how such a light thing could jump start my car immediately. It endured the cold weather while the car battery died due to the weather. It held up its battery capacity. You probably can charge it up and forget you had it and pull it out when an emergency happens. Great piece of mind. AND the price is good. It already did for what it's worth.

We spent $120 on a portable jump pack that was much heavier, bulkier, harder to use, and in the end, wasn't enough to start our van. This one is about the size of the 80's Walkmans, but lighter than the Walkman was. We noticed the roadside assistance guy had one that worked immediately, so we asked him questions. He recommended this one, but he paid more than $30. It charges way faster than the $120 one, but after 6 uses, it only drained 10%. The $120 one was almost completely drained after 1 failed use. Now my neighbor wants one too, after watching us use ours. I highly, highly recommend this!

This jump starter is a lifesaver and pays for itself after just one use. I bought a used car in the summer from a dealership that decided replacing a 6 year old factory battery wasn't important. Fast forward to wintertime and my car kept dying overnight whenever the temperature dropped below freezing. AAA only gives a free jump 4 times a year and calling for a mobile jump from an outside company runs anywhere from $65 - $100 in my area. I decided to buy this and I'm so glad I did. I was nervous about going for a cheaper jump starter but it has surpassed my expectations. It started my Jeep Cherokee up within seconds each time. The built in flashlight comes in handy when it's dark and I like that if I needed to , I could charge my phone on it. The battery on this jump starter is great. 1 jump doesn't use much power so you don't need to charge it often. I would recommend this even if you're not having car battery issues.

Gave the device a single star simply because the concept is terrific, but...Never had chance to try to use as jump start for my car...and had to return this item due to fact that it failed to charge any device, such as tablet, phone, etc, plugged into USB-C jack for charging external devices. Device recognized the charger as attached, showed charging, but would only charge VERY slowly for maybe an hour or two, moving the existing device battery level only 3%, then it simply leveled out and wouldn't show any progress, although still recognized attached. Interestingly enough, the Jump Starter Battery Pack showed a drain on its charge available, even though next to nothing being given up to attached device. When went to check out charging ability of the battery pack itself, also VERY slow. I attempted to contact seller, explaining the situation, and giving seller the option of replacing a return to see if that would solve my problem...NEVER heard a word from the seller. So will be giving him a thumbs down as well. The good thing...Amazon return accepted without any delay.
