Very compact and light weight that easily fits in the front of Model3. I just had tire rotation with this tool, The wrench isn‘t strong enough to remove the lug nut on rims. Having a Impact Driver helps alot.

This 3-ton double-tooth scissor jack is sturdy, reliable, and specifically designed for Tesla models, making tire changes and maintenance much easier. I have used it twice, it is pretty good, lighter than expected, and I did not encounter the problems mentioned in the reviews. Maybe my car is lighter, so my wife did not encounter any technical problems when using it.

the jack itself works fine, but the wrench that they provided is very thin metal and bent the second time i used it. now that is no longer useful. i have to keep a socket wrench in my car with this jack to use the jack (elevate or lower it).

This product is a step above any standard jack, as the puck is held properly stable and flat. My only concern is the base is quite small and needs a really strong flat surface. I'm concerned about stability if I ever need it in the field [I used it for tire rotation in a concreted garage]. A wider, stronger base would be nice.

Nice carrying case for all the parts that come with this jack kit. As soon as the full weight of the Tesla model Y made contact with the rubber jacking pad, the (yellow) plastic ratchet wrench started to deform. It looks exactly like the pictures found on other product reviews so I didn't post it with this review. So, now what?How to jack the car?Plan B: I used the supplied lug wrench and continued jacking the car. Inserted the 7/8” socket into the lug wrench and continued jacking slowly flipping the wrench over itself since it’s not a ratchet wrench - surprisingly the two pieces of the lug wrench separated from one another. There seemed to be some sort of ball/spring combination to prevent this from happening, nevertheless I now have two loose lug wrench extensions to deal with. Didn’t feel confident with the lug wrench coming apart during jacking, so, now what?Plan C: I have several 4-way cross wrenches of different sizes. I inserted one end of my cross wrench into the 7/8” jack lifting nut and jacked the car by removing and flipping the cross wrench over itself until the tire was off the surface and rotated freely.The jack seemed quite sturdy, I tried to move the car forward and back or side to side - no movements noticed. I was pleased with the overall outcome. I’m glad also I tried using the jack and components before I had a roadside emergency. I have a fairly large 4-way cross wrench that I will now use to remove the five lug nuts from the wheel since I’m not confident with the performance of the Autoins supplied lug wrench.So, in summary, I’m keeping the jack and will contact the manufacturer to replace the two broken components - the lug and ratchet wrench. I encourage everyone to try these parts in a safe location before you have a roadside emergency.

It does the job and there aren't any other options I can find on Amzon. However, the materials used for the jack handle are laughably bad. The jack itself is "fine", but I don't expect this thing to last more than a handful of uses.Good in a jam, because there aren't any other options. But disappointed in the chineseium materials.

I bought this jack few months ago but I never tested it as I have never had a tire problem until yesterday. The first minute I tried to use the included tool, it bent completely as you see on the photos attached. The other tool though not yet bent, it doesn’t have enough torque to be able to unscrew the tire bolts. Extremely poor quality that Amazon shouldn’t have allowed to be sold in its name. Shameful!

As noted by others, the ratcheting wrench for the jack is poor quality and it is only a question of when it will deform, not if (if you don't maintain alignment while ratcheting under heavy load, it will deform). The other components are good quality, and I was able to change to winter tires without a problem by using the lug nut wrench to finish jacking the car - the head for the ratcheting wrench is 17mm, so the 17mm socket provided and lug nut wrench allowed me to finish jacking. But, as the lug nut wrench is not ratcheting, you have to disengage the wrench during jacking. If you are changing tires twice a year, be aware that the ratcheting wrench is unlikely to last.
