Get what you pay for. If you need longer range need to step up to the $30 one. This one works perfect around a pool. Gives you about 25-30 yards of range. I keep it in a homemade speaker box for soccer warmups and I can not move all the way to midfield with it. About 1/4 of the field is all you can get away.

This bluetooth adapter only connected one time, and never connected again. Not the best quality, case opened up on accident. Sound quality is just not there, and not a good value when you'll need to replace it soonsteer clear!!
