This is the CUTEST leotard I’ve had! Very well made, comfortable and the halter strap makes it look and feel like a retro swimsuit. This is a size large though! I originally ordered it in medium but then went back and looked more closely at other reviews and I saw the one of the little girl (11 or 12?) wearing it and she also has a size large. They originally got her the small and she couldn’t get it on so they exchanged it for the large. I’m 36, 5’8 and120 pounds with a long torso, I always have a hard time finding one piece swimsuits and bodysuits that are long enough for me but also fit everywhere else. This is perfect. It’s worth it! But definitely size up

My daughter sized up a full two sizes and it was still far too tight around the bottom she said. Fully cutting off legs and digging in. We ended up cutting it into a top since she had already worn it (uncomfortably) for a class. Shame though since she said she loved it otherwise

I love this leotard! The quality is excellent, and it feels great on the body, hugging in all the right places. The medium fits perfectly, and the halter strap is comfortable without that common pulling sensation, which can be hard to find. If you're performing or attending dance classes regularly, this leotard is definitely worth getting!

Muy buena tela tiene el tamaño que esperaba, tenia incertidumbre por ser halter pero la verdad muy buen ajuste en esa seccion y de manera general. buen precio. por si es de ayuda peso 45g mido 1.53m. Y llego antes de lo esperado.

This runs small. I am 5'1" tall and weigh 110 pounds. I bought a medium. It was so tight (cutting off blood supply) and I could barely squeeze into it. So I returned it and bought a large. The large fits me perfectly and is not tight (or loose). It looks great on and stays in place.

These fit very true to size. I was ordering for girls ages 8-14, but the size chart made for a perfect fit.

Bought this for my 12 yr old daughter for ballet class. It's just beautiful! The neckline, halter, its unique and stands out from all the other typical criss cross straps.She typically wears an adult XS. Based on her measurements from the size chart she would most likely need a S. Based on the reviews that said order up a size, I got her Medium. XS to a M seemed like a big difference, but it fits PERFECTLY! I can't imagine the size S fitting comfortably. She is 5'4", 108 lbs, long torso. It's not pulling at her neck, it's not wedged up her butt. She also has little to no breast development, so spilling out the sides like other reviewers have noted is not an issue at this time. It covers her completely and comfortably.

Let me start out by saying that I would purchase this product again, especially in a different color. It is lovely, stylish and perfect for dance. I purchased this leotard for my ballet classes and I am a busty 180lbs with a narrow waist. Since I saw reviews saying the leotard runs small I decided to go a size larger than I normally wear. To make sure I could fit, I purchased an extra large to accommodate my figure and I'm glad I got it that size. It has good support for my chest and is made out of a good material, but it is tight around the thighs despite the rest of the leotard fitting. The halter piece pulls on my neck on occasion, but the leotard stays in place even with great movement which is awesome. The back of the leotard dips a little low for my taste, so a sports bra is necessary. It will have to be broken in some before I can say it is completely comfortable.Overall 4/5Positives: It is a beautiful, high quality leotard that stays in place. Supportive for a busty chest.Negatives: Runs small and dips low in back, exposing a lot of skin. Can be tight around the thighs and neck.Recommendations: Get a size larger than you normally wear.

I own multiple other Capezio leotards in a small. I'm 5'5'', 108 lbs, 32, 24, 35 ... so I should definitely fit a small according to the chart. I could barely get this over my hips, and I'm afraid it will burst at the seams. I put it up over one of my other leotards and it is a full 2 inches smaller on each side (though the hip/bum area is exactly the same on both pieces). I'm going to wear it a few times, I hope it stretches! Other than that, it's super cute. I purchased it in white, which is double lined in the front, but totally see-thru in the back. It has a low back, but if you have a small bust this isn't a problem since there is shelf lining. I'll use it in barre class, but not in any other form of dance since a bra can't be worn with it. All around, it isn't awful for the price. Consider going up a size.
