I like capezio for their quality: the thick double fabric prevent the see through affect sometimes found in other brands, BUT it runs small. despite Capezio's size chart: intermediate is closer to 5T than 6/6x

This leotard dress is beautiful but I do not like that the leotard itself is ivory white and the skirt is bright white. Also the skirt is very long comparing it to other leotard dresses. Can’t be used for rhythmic gymnastics due to the skirt. We own other Capezio leotard and dresses but this is different and not suitable for our needs. Anyway it is a true large size so if you are looking to buy it for a 8yo, may be too loose being made of cotton on not just spandex/Lycra (Capezio size L of 100% Lycra fits small for a 8yo... ).
