This is a Christmas gift. I won't know if it works or not until then. What worries me is that the box smelled of mold and mildew.

I got this as a gift for a friend and he loves it. The quality of the pictures and videos are amazing on it. It is easy to use and not super heavy to carry either. The focus on the actual camera is really good and it has different settings that you can use as well.The amount of accessories is perfect for someone that is wanting to start being a photographer as well!Overall this was a great deal and well worth it!

I got my son this camera and it has worked wonders! He loves taking pictures of nature and likes making little videos compiling all the pictures he takes! Thanks so much to Canon for the AMAZING camera! #1 thing I would buy is this camera.

I wanted to take my daughter’s senior pictures myself. Photography is something I have always wanted to learn. This camera does not zoom AT ALL. The photos are gorgeous and I am enjoying it, just know that it doesn’t zoom in. You have to walk closer and put your eye in the little window “old school”. Her senior pictures and prom shots look great. The backpack has so many supplies that I do not even know what 3/4 of them are for. This is an excellent value for the money. I bought a nifty-50 lens for blurred backgrounds. If you have a beginning photographer, this is the perfect gift. The camera uses wifi and sends the photos directly to your phone. This is an awesome feature. I saved a lot of money taking the photos myself and they look just as good. I am left with a good camera to learn more techniques. Seriously….this backpack is full to the brim with supplies that look important/useful.

Overall for the price, it deserves 5 stars. The only thing I wasnt completely happy with was the tripod, it isnt very secure as its very thin and wobbles a bit, but it is what you pay for, so overall recommend heavily. Either for beginners or more advanced photographers it works great for both
