I bought two of these for a kitchen remodel. They installed easily and securely. They have a very modern look to them and give off a decent amount of light. They are small so don't expect one of them to work for a big room. Two things to be aware of. The light is directional, not room filling like a globe light. Also, the light bulbs for these things just put out tons of heat. I haven't found any that don't yet. Its not the fixture's fault, just the nature of the little bulbs used in track lighting. Still, I like them and the buyers loved the look. I'd buy them again.

I absolutely love this track light. It was the exact color that i was looking for to match the other furniture in my house. It came with a few extra mounts which i assume is for different mounts within your home. It is very easy to put up. The lights are adjustable. It was a little awkward to put in the lights since they are not your regular screw ins but they work great and puts off the right amount of light for the room. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a smaller track light.

Love this light. Just beautiful in my stairway, along with the stainless steel/glass railing and step lights. Looks high quality and was readily installed by contractor as part of larger remodel. Am experiencing some flicker with the Triangle 50W equivalent LED bulbs at the lowest point of dimmer setting, but don't know if that's the bulbs or light. Guessing it's the bulbs, cause I also bought the 2 light model for laundry area, and that's NOT on a dimmer switch and it's not flickering Guess I'll know for sure in 15 years or so (bulb lifespan :-). Meanwhile I just turn the dimmer a little higher and ENJOY! Thanks Canarm and Amazon for the beautiful light at a great price.

My husband was ready to give a very negative review to these light fixtures, until I reminded him they cost $35 each. The positives: The fixture is all metal, the glass globes are thick glass, sturdy, and lovely, and the fixture looks really good once it's installed. The negatives: The mounting bracket was tough to mount to our existing electrical box because of the way the slots are constructed (we needed small washers to secure them); we also were unable to turn the fixture the direction we wanted it (on the ceiling), so we had to drill new holes in the bottom cover plate. The outcome: The first fixture was a pain to install; the second one was easy (because we had figured out the work-arounds to get the results we wanted). We bought 5 watt LED bulbs (equiv to 35 watts each) from a bulb specialty store. They're dimmable and the overall effect is bright and beautiful lighting for our galley kitchen. I didn't have any trouble putting the light bulbs into the fixture because they're a push & turn style. I put the light bulb inside the globe and then pushed the bulb in & turned both to secure them.Bottom-line: A good fixture for a great price, if you're prepared for a few installation complications.

Please disregard the other complaints about installing the bulbs. Why they think you need to grab the bulb from the sides or behind is beyond me. It's a push and twist type bulb. Just line up the holes, and give it a little push and it twists securely into place. I removed the old fixture and installed this new one in under 25 minutes.The fixture is nice, made of metal, not plastic, and the lights swivel into any position you'd like. I used 7w LED bulbs also bought on Amazon, and let me tell you, they are bright. Way brighter than any fluorescent or halogen I've seen before. It lights up my kitchen like never before. I will be installing a dimmer switch on it to allow ambient light at night instead of the full blast stadium lighting. For the price of around $34, this fixture is a great deal. The white swirl shades are nice, also easy to just twist securely into place, and the whole thing just looks great. So my kitchen is now probably 5 times brighter than it was, and uses only 28 watts of electricity compared to the 180 watts of the previous fixture. LED lighting is the way to go, and save yourself the money of not buying sylvania brands for $28 a bulb when these were $7 per bulb and work great.

this is an amazing fixture for the money! adjustable lights to suit whatever your needs are and provides a lot of light!Others have mentioned the bulbs are difficult to install. I AGREE! SO...here's what I did and it worked perfectly. Disengage the glass "shade" from the fixture but keep over the socket and then insert the bulb and twist. Once secure then reconnect the "shade". Worked great! I would definitely buy another one of these. Easy to install and beautiful!

This is a very nice light fixture. It is smaller, but great for my needs. It uses the mini flood light bulbs that need to be pushed in and turned to "lock" in place. You need to have the glass shade also in place before installing the bulbs and there is no room for an adult to get your fingers around the bulb to lock it in place. I had to have my daughter with tiny fingers help me! Just beware you will have this issue.
