This liner is different than a lot of others that we have used with tents in the past. It is not only thicker than most, it is made from some of the toughest rubber I've seen for such a moisture barrier. Not only do I think this will do great at keeping water away, I think it will resist puncturing better than a lot of other tarps. The thickness does make it a little tougher to fold than some other tarps. However, it does roll up well. The included straps are super handy for carrying it around. This is just about the right size for a smaller family tent. We haven't had the opportunity to use it quite yet on an actual camping trip, but given how tough and thick it is compared to our other tarps, I'm really confident it will do great!

I think that this is a great mat for your tent. I recommend this item if you go camping a lot, especially in the colder/wetter months as this helps with not only the cold, but also wetness/dampness. The mat is heavy-duty and great quality.

We rv and campout alot and this mat is the perfect add for my tent. We do alot of trailrides, so I'm always worried about the level of grass and other impurities being brought into my tent when we set it up and chill. I like to take my shoes off to relax and I just couldn't ecspecially when it would rained. Now that zi have this, its waterproof, so I shouldn't have anything to worry about. Its waterproof and it reminds me of a felt like material. Its very versatile and sturdy. It folds back up easily and I like that. Its also hard to tear unlike alot of the outdoor rugs that I've used.Overall, this is a really great idea to have around l ecspecially for outdoors people like myself. Its definitely work the money. I would recommend this because of the great quality and the fact that it's very portable.

This comes folded up and has straps loose in the package, with no instructions for how to use them—I finally gave up on getting the buckle to work and just used the longer strap (without a buckle) and tied it in a knot around the mat itself. The mat is medium thickness, and more like felted material on the fuzzy side, and waterproof rubber like material on the reverse side. I got this because I always use rugs for camping, as I dislike walking on tarp, and it helps keep the tent cleaner. My husband noticed right away that this felted material will catch leaf bits and may be hard to clean, as bits of leaves can catch in the fibers (not that it’s a thick pile) and be difficult to brush off. We’ll see, but it’ll be nice to have a compact way to keep moisture down in the tent—it will certainly work well for that.

I put this in my 4 person REI base camp tent, and it covered more than half of the floor. I liked having some protection from the cold and damp under the tent and dirt from my and my dogs' feet. It also felt better on my bare feet than the plain tent floor would.I only wish it had attached straps so I could roll it up, but I guess I could just use one of those belt-y straps. As it was, i just folded it back up the way it was folded when it arrived. I recommend it
