This is a keyed carabiner that it is fully rated. I use as a racking biner. I would recommend to a friend for color coding with their cams but not for making alpine draws.

We use these for camping and around-the-house purposes. They work perfectly for quickly attaching ropes to trees using a webbing loop, and posts with a loop or an eye bolt. They seem plenty strong and I don't really have any practical way to test their limits. I have used one to help pull a car around in a garage, but that's only a couple hundred pounds pull to get it to move. Still, a nice product and I plan to order another set for additional camping needs. Finish is durable, gates work well. No issues.

I'm not a climber, lol. I bought these to hang lanterns around my porch. The photo shows it holding a near-weightless luci solar lamp, but of course they can handle real weight. Secure but very easy to open, which was important for me.

Superb! I use these with some paracord to secure grocery bags in my car. I know that sounds crazy, but I live in a mountain area and those plastic bags from the stores do not stay in place given all the curves on the road. Also they are perfect for hanging your expensive (or inexpensive) frying pans from your pot rack. First Rate Product!
