Tested this out at home and it worked. Glad to have this in the event I need it. I keep it in my emergency go bag.

I bought this to prevent back pressure when gravity feeding the fresh water tank on my motorhome from burping water out every couple of minutes, thus drastically extending the fill time of the tank. This is attached to the output end of my water supply hose, then inserted snuggly into the fill port. By adjusting the flow rate to 2-2.5 gpm, the vent line from the tank can keep up with the incoming water flow, so the tank now fills in a fraction of the time, no water is wasted and I do not have to babysit the fill process like before. Money very well spent!

When tightly secured in line with my hose sprayer it inflated until it exploded on city water pressure. If the sprayer had not been in the off position it would likely not have exploded.

Using the water bandit is a quick and easy way to connect a water hose to a source that didn't have the right thread or connector. However, you should anticipate some/much leakage. the water bandit is made of rubber and should be durable. However, the clamp that came with it was made of plastic that would break easily. I would suggest spending a couple of dollars to get some metal clamps. Then, why didn't Camco just include metal clamps with the product?!?!
