The first time I used them the rubber bottoms ripped off. On the plus side they did help level the trailer.

The rubber backing ripped off after 2 or 3 uses. Does NOT work well in gravel applications (which many campsites are made of). The short design means that you can quickly over/under level the camper and with all the variables such as brake sensitivity and the tendency for trailers to shift slightly, this does not provide nearly enough room for error. Additionally, I think the greater strain is what caused this to push/skid on gravel which cause the rubber backing to rip off. It is worth noting that I used this on a single-axle 17ft, 3500# trailer, so not like I was trying to level a massive camper. Regardless of the size of camper you have, opt for one of the styles that is a bit longer and you will be much happier.

I am very pleased with these Camco Curved Levelers as they are small enough to fit between the close wheels on a Rockwood Roo. I had originally purchased a different brand but they eneded up being too long to fit between the wheels. These are great and have held up well. They are very sturdy due to the honeycomb shape. They are very easy to use and have always provided enough height for any campsite I've needed them at to level my RV. I would definitely recommend these especially if you have an RV where the axels are pretty close together.

Bought a single a couple months back to go with the one I bought four years ago because it worked great, new one comes with a thin rubber base screwed on. The first time I used it the rubber peeled off as the leveler came out from under the tire. Don't buy the new ones, absolute waste of money.

This is a substantially less expensive design of a curved ramp RV leveling tool. After use, would I buy it again? Yes. However, I would do so knowing that I would have to make modifications prior to its first use.Camco has attached a rubber pad to the bottom of the curved ramp with multiple small screws. Presumably to reduce skidding. This design is extremely poor. A thin rubber pad retained only by small screws will immediately tear free upon use. I made some repairs which I am hoping hold up.I removed the screws which had torn through the pad (all but two and one end). Since few adhesives will stick to this kind of plastic, I used a sharp blade to make many scores in the plastic to create tiny grooves to improve adhesive shear strength. I applied a contact cement to both the ramp and the rubber, waiting the required time before re-mating the two parts. I reinstalled the screws and applied Shoe Goop in every screw well and added Shoe Goop ridges to the rubber. I have a left-over scrap of EPDM rubber membrane roofing which will first be laid on the ground under the ramp. All this is to reduce the shear which Camco's design obviously cannot handle.

So far so good. Makes leveling quick and easy as advertised. I always used 2x6’s I beveled the edges of and would inevitably have to add or take away one and be close. All the while the wife and kids (young kids) are growing impatient. Like I said, used them once but I’m happy with them so far.I will say that I maxed out the height at the last site we were at. It was also a slanted site, so I used my usual bus chocks on the opposite side for extra safety.

We bought this as a help to level our 30 ft Grand Design travel trailer. I looked at several Brands including the Anderson levelers and all of them were quite a bit more expensive. I like the design of the Camco because of the way the holes were drilled in the structure looked like it would support the weight without breaking. I looked at other reviews and some of the comments were that you could not get the wheels to bite up on to the leveler on concrete or asphalt? I found it quite easy. You simply align your wheels before rolling onto the levellers and tap the levelers under each wheel then slowly roll up onto it until you obtain the desired height put the emergency brake on and insert the chalk that comes with it which locks the wheel in place and your set. I did it all myself without the help of anyone else and found it very easy to do. The other thing I learned about these levellers, is that if you should have a flat tire on a tandem axle trailer you can actually use this to Jack the trailer up. You would simply put one leveler under the unaffected Tire and roll up to the maximum height and lock in place. It's amazing but it will raise the axle up high enough that you can change the flat tire without having to go to the trouble of using a standard Jack. Unfortunately I can't speak to longevity because none of us knows until we use something for a very long time. But it certainly appears to be sturdy and well made of some type of a semi-flexible polycarbonate.

Brain-dead simple to use, very secure in place, and quite sturdy. They provide up to 4" lift on the chosen side of your RV. My only problem was - you CAN drive off without removing them resulting in the need for a replacement set. Ask Me How I Know. PS - you probably already know that trying to level your RV with the stabilizing jacks is a No-No and often results in (temporarily) twisting the RV frame - after which the doors will Not close right. So I tracked pricing for 8 - 9 months. They never went on a big sale, and when it hit $49 for the pair, with an RV trip pending, I had to get another set.

Does the job - both components are very robust, so no doubt they will last a very long time. The leveler is advertised as lifting up to 4 inches - I would say that given the size of the leveler, my trailer seems somewhat precariously perched at full lift, but I haven't had any issues. Yellow color is appreciated as it means there is less chance of accidentally forgetting about the device when preparing to move the trailer.
