I like this starter works good no funny noises like my factory starter that concked out only after 30 hours of use. Cannot be beaten for its price time will tell about longevity.

Awesome product that fit my Club Cadet Zero Turn ZT1 42 inch cut 22 HP Kohler engine.This starter is a little bigger than the original but fits like a glove and performs 10 times better thanthe original. The sound of the starter when it is cranking is awesome and cranks the mower fast.I prefer this starter over the original any day. 15 mins total for the install after disconnecting the negative post on the battery.

Update: It fell apart in January, 9 months after installing it. It made the summer mowing, that is all, then it crashed. Another lesson learned for me, DO NOT BUY Anything that is not OEM if you expect it to 1)Function properly, 2)Last as long as the original OEM, 3) Peace of mind, you won't have to worry and guess about an OEM product.I'm done with anything aftermarket. I've tried several, and all have failed or didn't work to begin with.Starter arrived on time.Installed it in 5 minutes. I inadvertently gave it a good workout because I changed the fuel pump and had heck getting the fuel to flow. So far, so good. Don't know if it will last or not.
