From the picture and description I was expecting a chrome plated piece of equipment not a scratched up black piece of mild steel. There was a question asked by another purchaser that the answer was "it is as pictured". This is not "as pictured". I contacted the seller and the response is that this batch came in painted and I can send it back for a refund. I am electing to keep it instead of messing around for another month waiting for a replacement. $30 doesn't make or break the deal, but I wouldn't put stock in the answers you see here.

Fit our Rhino perfect. Installed in a couple of minutes. Passed inspection for forest trails.Wish it included the 3 bolts but does not.Great product - seems pretty sturdy.
