Whew.... Unboxed, beautiful. Then she started shedding and dropping leaves. I was unsure about requesting a refund. Then she slowly started coming back around.She seems to be much happier now and is growing very well.

You can tell when opening the package they take pride in their work and care a lot for the customers satisfaction. The tree arrived in immaculate condition and very healthy. Would definitely recommend. The second pick is after 4 months since I received the tree. It has thrived under a grow light at lowest setting with light aimed slightly indirect to the tree. Also I use a humidifier at night on the window seal over the tree and half a cup of water every few weeks with a moisture detector. It’s been phenomenal, I’m considering getting a second one now.

I was amazed to receive a full sized plant (6” pot) like this in the mail. It was carefully packaged (in packing peanuts plus cardboard wrap), and the soil with pot surrounded in Saran wrap, then boxed. Pulled it out and it was wonderfully healthy with new growth! Added some water and I seem to have a happy, beautiful plant!
