My son has run out of precious closet space because he's not a fan of folding his clothes. We're fortunately he's learned to do his own laundry, but if it fits on a hanger, it goes on a hanger. We've all suggested he should use his dresser for more than his underwear, socks, and other stuff he doesn't us to see. He thought these boards would be a decent solution for his lesser worn polo and button up shirts. It took some motherly explanation to understand exactly how to correctly use them and get desired result. We were pros in no time. The boards are simply made. The material is flimsier than we had imagined, but they do the job. They're kind of pricey for what they are. If you have the raw materials, I suppose you could just make your own boards.

I am new to folding boards for shirts. I always used a piece of cardboard. I always had a hard time centering the shirt. When I learned about folding boards, I decided that I wanted to try it, to see if they made folding and centering shirts easier. I thought this was that type of folding board. It is NOT. This does not come with any kind of instructions or directions so I had to figure it out by the creases in the plastic. What I came up with is a board that helps you fold correctly but then it folds around your shirt, like the plastic is the hard cover of a book, and your shirt is the pages. Then you use the ribbon to go around the covers of the book to keep it closed. Your shirt is inside folded and protected. The ribbon has the reusable tape to close the package with. The boards can be used over and over again. If you need this to keep something very special, or maybe you travel a lot, these maybe useful to you. I was looking for a folding board which would make “folding clothes is fast and fun” according to the advertisements. For what these are, they are very nice. The advertisements should say exactly what these are and the benefits of using them
