This "Cake Decorating Tools Supplies Kit" from the QUELLANCE Store is one of the most complete kits I've ever seen. With 12 piping tips included, it clearly isn't the full arsenal of decorating tips but it is enough to accomplish most starter-decorator patterns. You also get the turn table, the leveler, two spatulas for spreading the frosting, three 'scrapers' for smoothing or texturing the surface of the frosting, two rose nails AND THE SCISSORS, two reusable piping bags with couplers AND SEVERAL DISPOSABLE PIPING BAGS!!!! There are also a few silicone cupcake liners; those items are great for other purposes as well. I use silicone cupcake liners to hold small servings of snacks or to hold small screws when I am assembling a set of shelves or similar items.I would have liked it better if this kit came with a case to hold the tools in, but since the product description makes no such claim I won't take away any stars for this omission. Everything comes in a corrugated box, which you can certainly use to store this set but I personally prefer to minimize the corrugated cardboard in my house--especially in the kitchen--because the corrugation leaves so many tiny crevices for creepy crawlies to hide in if they ever get into my house. For now, my kit is in its box but I am on the lookout for a better storage solution.

Compared to other turntables I’ve used, this one is by far the best for the price. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, this will make your cakes look more polished. Highly recommend!

The turntable is lightweight but doesn’t feel cheap. Spins perfectly for smooth frosting application. Highly recommend!
