We purchased cooler leaks and so far we have tested 5 semi trucks and all of them are leaking and I am very satisfied

The aluminum cover of the cooler looks strong and the tester is very tight when pressure is applied to the cooler

In the end I am happy with this boos tester. When I first aired them up the fittings had leaks. I removed all of them and resealed with liquid thread sealer and have had no further leaking. One gauge was sticky at first, but after a few taps it freed up. Even with these issues I give it four stars because it is a good value. I would buy this test set again. 4 STARS

Suspected a few leaks on my Volvo D12 cooler. Opening the box, I noticed one of the gauges was leaking fluid, creating an oily mess right out of the gate. Despite this, I decided to give it a shot. The aluminum caps seemed sturdy, so I installed them to the cooler and set the system to 15 PSI.That's where the problems really began. The gauges showed inconsistent pressure readings, with one getting stuck at 7 PSI. To make matters worse, the tester leaked at two connections while holding pressure on the cooler. After encountering multiple issues and wasting valuable time, I gave up, packed it back up, and initiated a return.Don't cheap out on this. You get what you pay for.
