I found this open track system to be the best for cable management. The openings along the 15 1/4" length of the track allow you to easily insert or remove wires from devices. You can pop open the track cover or slide it off entirely. The short segments make it convenient for many applications. They can be easily cut to length with a hand saw. The slightly off white color track segments are sturdy and have a 1.5" x 0.75" interval opening to fit many cables. The tracks come with double sided tape attached as well as screws for mounting. I used the double sided tape to attach the track behind a wooden console. The adhesive is very strong and I don't expect there to be any problems with it coming off. The kit comes with right angle and couplers to create clean joints. For straight runs, I didn't need them because you can install the tracks right up to one another. I would consider them for right angle corners. I am happy with this product and would recommend them.

First off, this isn't my first raceway rodeo. I've tried a variety of products of the years to hide the cabling in my desk, and every year or two I decide to change things up and go with a different raceway, etc. For a recent project I was actually adding a desk into my office for a treadmill desk, and mirroring my three screens, so this led to a lot of wires needing hidden! I ended up buying one pack of the white (for all wall mounted pieces, which I painted to match, which was pretty easy and turned out great FYI), and one pack of the black (for underneath desk/shelves). I counted and I ended up running 38 separate cables all throughout the desk system and it did a great job of hiding all of them. They come in segments of about 15" plus a variety of connectors. I ended up using all 9 of the 15" white raceways and about half of the black raceways. A few random thoughts:- These don't hold the cables quite as secure as some other raceways, partially because the raceway can open up on either side and other raceways tend to have a hinged lid and only close on one end. This took a bit of getting used to as hanging upside down raceways often has gravity trying to force the cables out, and in a few spots I had to overcome this by mounting the cables securely in place with screw-down zip-ties to make sure they wouldn't weigh too much on the edges, otherwise the cover just fell out. This is one of the reasons I gave 4-stars though because I felt they could've had more sturdy connections to prevent them from falling out on their own.- The convenience to bring cables in and out of the raceways at any spot is pretty cool! I've read some other complaints where people said the holes were too small, but if you look at the pictures it shows wider cables going through by bending down the tabs, and I too did this in a few places, but the holes were fine for most of the cables I was running.- The adhesive on the back is STRONG. Stronger than most other raceways. Strong enough after I did some testing I decided to mount with screws and anchors rather than the tape because I was concerned what the wall would look like if I take them off at some point.- Some people complained they couldn't fit enough cables in here, but I don't know what they expected. I found it reasonable for the size, and more than many other raceways. In one of the pictures where I showed the wiring you can see three flat HDMI cables, a power cable for a surge protector, a cable for the treadmill to the desk, and power cable for the treadmill, and I could probably still run one or two cables in there if I needed to. In some places I had to run two raceways because I had too many cables, but they can't magically reduce the cable size :).- I hated the connectors. Especially those for connecting two raceways. I would've really preferred something that clipped on, but the way they connect would make it hard to undo/redo without going through major effort. I decided to ignore the connects and just butt these as close to each other as I could and I think it looks fine, and probably better than it would look with the connectors anyway. The connectors were the main reason I gave these a 4-star and not a 5-star.Overall I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again for a future project but would be nice if they can make some improvements as well.

These snap together raceway ducts are the best I've used, especially for value for your money. The thickest gauge cables I have include a 1000 watt power supply unit from my PC. It fits in the raceway with room to move/pull but it doesn't pop out of the side cutouts. I had to cut 2 cutouts into one for it to fit out of the raceway. Like others, I didn't test the adhesive that comes with these but want to say it's attached to the raceway, unlike so many others that send you a roll of adhesive tape, so if you want to use the tape it's already mounted for you (major deal if you've ever dealt with those rolls of adhesive that sticks to everything).I chose to use 3M picture hanger strips. I partially mounted the raceway on the wall and partially on my desk, which is a 78 year old oak desk and is the main reason I didn't want to risk using the adhesive tape. This raceway is bendable, flexible and comes with everything needed to build a horizontal channel into a curve into a vertical channel. That's why it's a 5 star. It covers nearly everything the other brands I've tried don't cover. This is not to detract from the product, as much as it is to offer a friendly tip to others. I bought this cable management system because we got a new puppy. He's a little guy and won't ever be that big, Shih-Poo. He likes to lay under my home office desk when I'm working at it. I also bought a cable management ABS plastic box to put my large surge protector in. The wires go into and come out of the box on the ends. Well, you can't put raceway on the first 2-4 inches of wire since there's nowhere to mount it. I also bought some of the velcro sleeves to cover those 2-4 inches of cables that leads them into and out of this raceway. If you go for a more complex installation like the one I did, be sure to plan everything out before starting!I work in construction and engineering. I'm at that point where an installation like this should be easy enough to do with my eyes closed. But, my first few panels of the raceway were put on backwards because I wasn't paying attention. Just do a simple plan, elementary style drawing and you'll be much happier with the end result.
