So many uses for these and not just in the automotive area. The quality of these are good with rubber and stainless steel being the materials used. I suspect that once in place they will remain there for a long time. They are easy to install by either bolting them, screwing them, or securing them to whatever material your working on with an appropriate fastener. The functionality is completely there, you can use this for hoses, wires, fuel lines, or anything that is flexible enough to be redirected or secured. Sizes appear to be true to what they say on the box so accuracy gets a shout-out here. I think this is a good value for a box of clamps.

I use clamps for just about anything, low voltage wiring, pipes, garden hoses, cables… I got this kit because whenever I have to do a task that requires clamps, I want to make sure I have a variety of sizes on hand and not drop everything to go to the hardware store. This clamp kit comes in a handy case with the sizes clearly defined. They are made of stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion and have a plastic or rubber cover to protect what it is that is being clamped. By buying a variety kit, I save on buying them individually. So far they have proven their value.

To be honest, I really only needed a couple straps for the moment. Really I purchased this after two trips to the hardware store so that, in the future, I have some on hand. That way I at least know what size I need and only have to make one purchase run should I need more than what is on hand. That being said, these are pretty good quality clamps in my initial impression.

I have never spent much time contemplating cable/pipe clamps for a project, but I probably should have as they do not all work equally well. These clamps should perform well were others have caused issues. Here are the reasons they outperform cheaper versions:• The stainless sheet is 304, same as the vast majority of stainless steel fasteners. This means the metals in contact will be the same, so none of the corrosion issues caused by mixing dissimilar metals (important in humid environments).• The stainless-steel loop completely captures the cables, if bundling smaller cables/wires none will escape.• By using a screw for attachment, it is easy to remove the clamps and place them somewhere else. Staple or nail clamps are a pain to move and doing so can risk cable damage.• Rubber liner provides protection, the metal band edges will not dig into cable sheath.The included case keeps the clamps organized, though the dividers are somewhat loose. Good assortment of sizes, though most are smaller diameter. A few are large enough for water lines or conduit, but most are sized for cable attachment. The kit does not include fasteners.
