I received this egg poacher pan today and used it to make poached eggs in a stainless steel pan with stainless steel steamer dome lid that has no vents and I’m very happy with the results. This product is exactly as shown in the image, but it should not be described as non-stick since it has no coating.

My first time using it eggs turned out perfect! Each cup was oiled first with olive oil. Brought the water to a boil first, like the instructions say. Put the lid on and steamed for three minutes. Next time I'll do two and a half minutes as the yolks were a little more done than I prefer. It worked great. Eggs slipped right out of the cups onto the plate. And clean up was a breeze. I'm so glad I got stainless steel, no harmful coating. Highly recommend.

i like these as no toxic coating.. but would be great if came with whole pan and lid. i make do with a pot and y own lid. seems better quality than prior one i had but i didnt like unhealthy non stick coating on it
