The product is very bad. It’s a cheap product. This is like Mickey Mouse. I am not happy with. This is very bad.

It seems I can never get a small enough flame to maintain the slow simmer needed for some recipes. This diffuser plate will help radiate some of the flame and distribute it evenly under the cooking pot. It is simple but it works.If you have a gas cooktop, you might want to be careful of the wooden handle. I have had no issues but I do carefully position the handle to avoid adjacent burners.
